Lara Narayani was certified as a doula through House of La Matrona in Asheville North Carolina in 2002. Since then, she has worked with numerous women to support them in birth process both physically and spiritually. She offers prenatal bodywork, long distance energy healing and post-partum doula support and massage to women and families.

Spiritual Guidance
As a gifted healer, Narayani has the ability to received guidance from the spirit of the baby in the womb in order to support the pregnant woman to have a deeper awareness to the connection between mama and child. EssenceWork is a system that removes blockages gently and effortlessly. During pregnancy, fears around giving birth and past family karmas may come to the surface for both mom and dad (and baby). EssenceWork can help by removing blockages that keep these patterns running by removing the glue that holds these old programs in place. These sessions are a unique sacred form of long distance energy healing.
